TPO – Vision Transportation Group (VTG) proposed to Hanoi city, the Government, ministries and branches to implement the project of urban railway No. 2 connecting Noi Bai airport with the West Lake in the form of PPP.

On November 22nd, Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung received Mr. Richard Courey, President and CEO of Vision Transportation Group (VTG). At the meeting, Deputy PM praised and appreciated the experience of VTG Group in the development of transport infrastructure projects in many countries in the world. According to Deputy Prime Minister, in the context of current Vietnam is mobilizing social resources to invest in developing infrastructure for socio-economic development. Therefore, the Government welcomes and appreciates the determination of potential international partners, experienced in infrastructure investment projects in Vietnam. The Prime Minister also affirmed that the Government With the motto of tectonics, action, companion with enterprises, they are actively improving the investment environment, business and institutional improvement, creating favorable conditions for domestic and international enterprises to expand. Mr Richard Courey said that VTG has carried out research and proposals with Hanoi city, the Government, ministries and branches to implement the project of urban railway No. 2 connecting Noi Bai airport. with the West Lake in the form of public-private partnership (PPP).
According to research of VTG, this will be the urban railway is completely feasible technology and ability to recover capital, ensuring harmony for investors. Richard Courey and his colleagues have briefed the Deputy Prime Minister on the idea, method, technology, investment progress of the project, and proposed some recommendations to the government. With its experience and prestige, VTG Group is fully qualified and qualified to successfully implement the project, meeting all the requirements of the Government of Vietnam.
