Vision Transportation Group (VTG) was granted the exclusive right to develop, finance, build operate and maintain the Phnom Penh LRT Infrastructure Project through public partnership framework.

VTG Delivers to the Government of Azerbaijan Ministry of Transportation the Baku LRT Detailed Concept Report. This 25km state of the art PPP project links the City of Sumqayit to the Baku international bus terminal. The project is currently under review by the Government of Azerbaijan and is scheduled to start revenue service on January 1 2014.

VTG signs an exclusive MOU with the Transport Ministry of Azerbaijan for the development of a 34 km Elevated suburban LRT system and the 28 km Baku Bay LRT.

VTG signs a strategic alliance agreement with JSC Audit-Consulting Group Business Systems Development (RBS) www.rbsys.ru one of the top 10 leaders in the Russian professional service market. Through this strategic alliance VTG has access to RBS more than 500 qualified professionals to cater to the Russian and CIS markets.

Based on its experience in developing and organizing major events transportation solutions (Korea, Canada, etc) VTG is mandated by "Kazakhtourinvest” for a strategic transportation concept development mandate for the 2011 Winter Asian Games to be held in Astana and Almaty in Kazakhstan.

VTG is mandated by the Akimat of Astana www.astana.kz to prepare the feasibility study and concession tender documentation for the first phase of the New Transportation System of Astana (NTSA) a 26.19 km elevated LRT system as part of the 60km master transportation project developed by VTG.


January 2008

VTG was appointed by GTCCT, as strategic partner for the development and implementation of the Shosse Enthousisastov Speed ram Project which is the first phase of the Moscow Government approved  260 km Light Rail Transit Program for Moscow City. The Shosse Enthousiastov Project was developed from the start by VTG and its implementation into revenue service is scheduled for 2012.

VTG establishes its wholly owned affiliate Vision Transportation Group SA in Madrid Spain in Astana Kazakhstan to cater to the needs of its European Union activities.

VTG executes a memorandum of understanding to form a consortium with Korean based Prime Development Co www.primenet.co.kr and the Korean Railway Development Co (KRDC) for the upcoming Brazil High Speed Rail Project a high speed train project linking the cities of Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.

VTG proposes to the Governor of Makkah a sole source initiative to development and implement the Makah Metro in Saudi Arabia

VTG’s led “Al Shoula Consortium” is qualified by Saudi railroad Organization (SRO) www.saudirailexpansion.com for the prestigious Makkah Medinah High Speed Rail Project a 444 km high speed rail project linking the Holy Cities of Makkah and Medina in Saudi Arabia.

VTG successfully assists the Yong-In LRT Consortium in securing award and financial close of construction and 30 years operation and maintenance of an 18.5 km rapid transit PPP project in Yong-In City South Korea.

VTG successfully assists the Neihu Consortium in securing the award and financial close of the complex Neihu Contract in Taipei Taiwan.


February 2003

VTG prepares and submits on behalf of Bombardier Transportation the St-Petersburg Elevated Project Feasibility report for the City of St-Petersburg, Russia.


October 2002

VTG submits a sole source project development initiative and secures execution of a memorandum of Understanding on behalf of Bombardier Transportation www.bombardier.com for execution of a feasibility study for an Elevated Transportation System in St-Petersburg, Russia.
